Choosing what to include
The Content disclosure inside the Print Recipe sheet lets you toggle each of the four sections on or off. Any combination prints in a single document.
Section
What it contains
Nutritional Label
A consumer-facing label with the recipe's calculated nutrition (energy, fats, sugars, protein, salt, fiber). Ingredients flagged as allergen in their editor are printed in bold.
Production Sheet
A bench-facing checklist: ingredient list, weights and order. Drop it next to the scale during production.
Recipe Details
A summary of the recipe's KPIs (PAC, POD, total solids, sugars, fats, MSNF). Useful for documentation or training.
Recipe Note
The notes you've kept on the recipe — handy when you want to print only the process notes.
Your selection is remembered
The Content choices are stored in your app settings, so the next time you print they'll be exactly where you left them. Toggle them on the fly for a one-off label, then turn them back on for the next batch.
Nutritional label specifics
Product name — rename for this print only, without affecting the recipe.
Servings — set the per-serving weight that the label is computed for.
Layout — EU or US style.
Compliance is on you
Gelato Maestro produces a label from the data you entered. Always cross-check against current regulations and your own ingredient documentation before using a label in retail. Mandatory fields and ordering vary by market.
Output
macOS — print directly to a printer or save as PDF via the standard macOS print dialog.
iOS / iPadOS — share the generated PDF via the Share sheet, AirPrint, or save to Files.
